Can I pick up my order from a delivery branch?

We currently offer home delivery and Pickpoint delivery only. Store pick-up is not available.



How can I track my order? What happens if my order cannot be delivered? How much does shipping cost? What is the standard delivery time? My order shows as 'Delivered' but I haven’t received it. What should I do? My order was returned before delivery. What happens now? Which courier delivers my order? What should I do if the product arrived damaged or defective? Do you deliver to my area?
