How do I make a return ?

Purchases from the LC Waikiki online store can be returned within 30 days only via the original courier (not in-store), for a fee of €3.99. Begin the return process by logging into your LCWaikiki account, selecting the products you wish to return, and stating the reason for your return.

Cash on delivery returns are made to LCW Money or via bank transfer (account details required), while card payments are refunded to the card.

Return steps:

A. For dropping off at any ELTA / ELTA Courier station

You must visit any ELTA post office and state the following:

1. That you have a parcel for Packeta.

2. That the shipment is receiver charged.

3. That the consignee details are:
